Lara and Kundu by bus from Antalya
Lara is the sandy beach and hotel district east of the centre; Kundu continues along the same coast with its row of big resort hotels. Both have direct buses from the centre, but the ride is long, so it helps to know the travel time in advance.
From the centre to Lara Beach: KL08
KL08 passes Cumhuriyet Meydanı and runs along Lara Caddesi to Güzeloba. For Lara Beach, get off around Muratpaşa Lara Cd. 13. On the way back, board the same line on the other side of the road; that direction passes Hüsnü Karakaş Caddesi, just east of Kaleiçi.

Worth knowing

- On long lines the timetable starts at the first stop; the cards here work out when the bus reaches your stop.
- The Varda app can follow your ride and tell you when your stop is coming up, which helps on a boulevard full of similar-looking stops.
