Antalya to Side by bus via Manavgat: MAN47
There's no city bus straight from Antalya to Side. MAN47 runs from the bus station's district platform to Manavgat, and you cover the last few kilometres to Side by dolmuş or taxi. On its way out of the city MAN47 runs along Serik Caddesi, so if you're coming from the airport or Kaleiçi you don't need to go to the bus station. Travel times and departures below come from the timetable.
From the bus station to Manavgat: MAN47
MAN47 leaves from the district platform at the bus station, heads out along Dumlupınar and Gazi boulevards and Serik Caddesi, then takes the D400 to Manavgat. For Manavgat centre, get off at Manavgat Antalya Cd. 7. After that the bus loops through town and ends on Sorgun Bulvarı. Don't board AA01 from the same platform: that's the Alanya line, which passes Manavgat on the D400 and doesn't go into the centre. Alanya has its own guide.

From the airport to Manavgat
There's no direct line from the airport, but you don't need the bus station either. Take the T1A tram and get off at Cırnık2. The Serik Cd. 1 bus stop is right next to the tram stop, and MAN47 calls there on its way to Manavgat. The tram runs often; to time the change, check when MAN47 reaches this stop below.

If you'd rather catch the bus at its first stop, go to the bus station: stay on the T1A to Otogar2 and walk a few hundred metres to the district platform, or take bus 600 to Otogar İçi. The 600 stops closer to the platform but doesn't run often.

From Kaleiçi and the centre
The same change works from the centre. At İsmetpaşa1, within walking distance of Kaleiçi, take the T1A towards the airport or the T1B towards Expo, get off at Cırnık1 and walk over to the Serik Cd. 1 stop for MAN47. It saves you the trip out to the bus station.

From Manavgat to Side
None of the lines in Varda's data go to Side. The ancient city is more than 3.5 km as the crow flies from the nearest MAN47 stop, which isn't a comfortable walk. Travellers report dolmuş minibuses between Manavgat bus station and Side, and there are taxis, but they aren't in our data, so we can't show their times or stops. Ask in Manavgat where the Side dolmuş leaves from.
Back from Side to Antalya
First get back from Side to Manavgat centre. Board MAN47 at Manavgat Antalya Cd. 2, which isn't the stop you got off at. On the way back the bus doesn't call at Serik Cd. 1 and ends at the bus station's district platform. For the airport or Kaleiçi, change there to the T1A tram; the bus station guide has the details.

Worth knowing
- There's no official word that Antalyakart or contactless bank cards work on the district lines, and passengers report paying mostly in cash. Carry some Turkish lira in cash and ask the driver as you board; some passengers say they bought their ticket at the office in Manavgat bus station. The fare depends on distance and is several times a city ticket.
- From the bus station the ride takes close to two hours. If you're spending the day in Side, check the last MAN47 from Manavgat before you set off and leave time to get from Side back to Manavgat; the cards here show when the bus reaches your stop.
- Varda shows when the next bus will reach your stop from its live position. The app can follow your ride and tell you when your stop is coming up, which helps because the bus carries on past Manavgat centre.
